The seperate and detached dining and living room combination features an antique dining table.

The living room features a new 50 inch (not picture) television with DirecTV and a selection of traditional board games.

Cozy Relaxation

Each room of the apartment is heated with a a separate gas stove controlled by a thermostat.

Kitchenette

The ktitchen is equipped with small appliance, plates, glassware for breakfast and lunch preparations. Included is a blender, toaster, small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and table-top roasting oven.

Second Floor Apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and is accessible up this set of stairs. The apartment is divided into two separate rooms, rented together.
